Description
The purpose of the consent application is for the severance of the land into two lots Each lot to be created (Part 1 and Part 2) will have lot frontages of 7.62 metres and lot areas of 246.35 square metres. Both lots will be redeveloped as the site of a new detached dwelling, requiring variances to the Zoning By-laws ( refer to Minor Variance Applications A0155/19SC and A0156/19SC. The variances to the Zoning By-law relate to lot frontage, lot area, lot coverage, side yard setbacks, height, and platforms.
