Description
To obtain consent to sever the two existing lots at 387 and 389 Hounslow Avenue to create three new lots. The existing detached dwelling would be demolished. Each new lot would be developed with a new detached dwelling, each requiring variances as outlined in files A0107/24NY, A0108/24NY, and A0109/24NY. Files B0006/24NY, A0107/24NY and B0007/24NY, A0109/24NY, A0108/24NY will be cnsidered jointly.
