Description
To obtain consent to sever each property (370 and 372 Willowdale Ave.) into three parts for the purpose of lot additions to create three new houses fronting Norton Avenue .This proposal was previously approved in 2015 and Certificates were issued for the consents, however the Certificates were never registered and have since expired. Building permits were issued and the houses have all been constructed. Related Committee of Adjustment files include B062/14NY/14NY, B063/14NY/14NY, A859/14NY, A860/14NY, and A861/14NY. Other related files include A0272/15NY, A0273/15NY and A0274/15NY (which were approved by the OMB). Please note, this file was previously deferred on September 10th, 2020 in order for proper notification to be sent out.
