Description

This application is for consent to sever the land at 25 Pitt Avenue into two lots. The proposed lot shown as Part 1 on the attached Lot Division Plan would have a frontage of 8.86 m on Pitt Avenue and a lot area of approximately 286 m2. The proposed lot shown as Part 2 would have a frontage of 10.64 m on Pitt Avenue and a lot area of approximately 338 m2. The owner is proposing to demolish the existing house and build two new detached houses. This application was scheduled for the Committee of Adjustment hearing on April 14, 2016. The Committee deferred consideration of the applications at the applicant's request. The proposal has not changed.
