Description
To construct a new three-storey mixed-use building with retail on the ground floor and three residential units on the second and third storey, with balconies on the second storey and third storey. The existing one-storey commercial building will be demolished. This is currently under the review of Site Plan Control (File No. 21 157799 STE 04 SA).
