Description

116 Glen Manor Drive which partially being used as clinic, pharmacy and residential units. Proposal to extend the existing building 15 ft towards Queen St E so that we can add a commercial retail unit on the ground floor and residential units on the top floors which are facing Queen Street East. Also, proposing a fourth floor for additional residential units and basement extension for additional three residential units and storage room. Proposed GFA 1483.2 and height 11m.
