Description
To alter the existing three-storey townhouse dwelling by constructing a rear one-storey addition, with a front covered porch, a rear second storey deck and staircase, and a rear third storey juliette balcony. Also, to construct a three-storey ancillary building (a garden suite with an integral garage for two parking spaces, a north side third storey deck, and a partial green roof), in the rear yard, abutting the laneway. A total of three dwelling units (two units in the main house and one unit in the garden suite) will be constructed on this lot.
