Description
To alter the development to increase the height of the approved 51-storey mixed-use building (located on the west side of the site, abutting St. Nicholas Street) as shown on Revised Diagram 3 and to alter the building setback, encroachment and projection of elements of the building including terraces and balconies, as shown on Revised Diagram 3. Also, to increase the residential gross floor area, number of dwelling units (no maximum number of dwelling units), number of vehicle access locations, alter loading space provisions and to reduce the number of automobile parking spaces and size of obstructed automobile parking spaces.
