Description
To permit an outdoor patio and open storage area on the existing vacant lot (municipally known as 216 Geary Avenue), which will be in conjunction with the existing ground floor and mezzanine eating establishment (municipally known as 218 Geary Avenue). Also, to permit a front yard outdoor patio in conjunction with the existing ground floor and mezzanine eating establishment (municipally known as 218 Geary Avenue), and to convert the ground floor and mezzanine of the existing building (municipally know as 220 and 222 Geary Avenue) into two eating establishments, each with a front yard outdoor patio. Also, to remove the existing parking spaces.
