Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building by constructing a fourth storey addition with a front deck, a rooftop deck, a rear third storey deck, and a ground level one-storey addition (for additional commercial space) with a second level courtyard which will connect the main building to the rear two-storey ancillary building (detached garage abutting the laneway). Also, to construct third and fourth storey additions with a rooftop deck to the rear two-storey ancillary building. The main building will provide one commercial unit on the ground level and two residential units above (one on the second level and one that will occupy the third and fourth levels). The rear ancillary building will provide one residential unit on levels two to four. There will be a total of one commercial unit and three residential units on this lot.
