Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 783-2023) for a 8-storey mixed-use apartment building by increasing: building setbacks, building height (8-storeys (30.5 m) to 11-storeys (39.9 m), including mechanical penthouse), and gross floor area (including residential and introducing non-residential use(s)) and permitting a retail use. There will be a total of 206 residential dwelling units (instead of 152 residential dwelling units) and 115 car parking spaces on this site.
