Description
To construct a new three-storey building (sixplex) with front and rear below-grade and at-grade patios, front balconies on all storeys (first storey to third storey), rear first and second storey balconies as well as a side (south) uncovered ramp leading to the platform of the recessed portion of the building which provides six separate unit side entrances. Also to construct a rear ancillary structure (a storage enclosure for waste and 5 stacked bicycle parking spaces). A total of six residential dwelling units will be located on this lot.
