Description
To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use building, containing a personal grooming establishment on the first floor and a dwelling unit on the second floor by constructing a two-storey rear and side addition. The altered mixed-use building will contain a takeout pizza restaurant on the first floor and two dwelling units on the first and second floor. The rear detached garage will be demolished and the parking pad will be maintained.
