Description
To construct two new storage sheds in the north courtyard of the existing 27 storey government office building to supplement the relocation of Metro Hall Early Learning Child Care Centre from the intersection of Wellington Street and John Street (south side) to the plaza at the intersection of King Street and John Street (north side). The existing shed on the south courtyard will be demolished.
