Description
To convert the existing three-storey detached dwelling (fourplex) into an apartment building with a total of 13 residential dwelling units, by constructing a rear four-storey addition. Along the south side of this building, there will be at-grade patios, a first level exterior corridor, balconies on the first to fourth levels, and patios on the fourth level. There will also be a first level exterior staircase on the east side of this building, as well as 14 bicycle parking spaces along a portion of the south side lot line, and 1 accessible parking space in the rear yard.
