Description

To alter the development standards, as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1201-2022(OLT), for the 10-storey mixed-use building to increase the number of storeys to 13-storeys, the building height from 44.95 m to 59.14 m (including the mechanical penthouse), and gross floor area, as well as modifications to the building setbacks.This is currently under the review of Site Plan Control (File No. 21 250334 STE 11 SA).
