Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling with rear two-storey partial addition by constructing a front one-storey partial addition, front (south) and rear (north) third storey dormer additions as well as reconstructing the third storey with a new roof. Also, to alter the existing side (west) ancillary structure/metal shed (partially attached to the exisitng dwelling) by constructing a rear one-storey addition.
