Description
To construct a new two-storey detached ancillary building (containing one garden suite with a second storey balcony on the west side), in the rear yard. The existing two-storey detached dwelling will be maintained and unaltered. There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on this lot (one unit within the main building and one unit within the ancillary building). The existing garage will be demolished.
