Description
To alter the existing rear two-storey detached ancillary building, containing a ground floor garage, and a second floor storage space, by constructing: a front (east) and north side two-storey addition; a basement containing storage space; a south side one-storey addition; a front and south side carport; and converting the ground floor into a gym with a parking space, and converting the second floor into a studio space. The alteration to the existing main three-storey detached dwelling will be constructed in compliance with the zoning by-law.
