Description
To alter the development standards, as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 851-2022, for the 34 and 41-storey mixed-use building by increasing the overall gross floor area (by constructing one additional storey), and reducing carshare parking spaces. This is currently under review through a Site Plan Control application (File Number 21 171254 STE 10 SA).
