Description

To alter the existing one-storey detached building (Place of Worship) by converting this building into a three-storey apartment building with complete second and third storey additions, front (east) and side (north) basement level covered entrances, front (east) and rear (west) first level decks with stairs, and rear (west) third level terraces.
