Description
To construct a new mixed-use development (common-element condominium) containing a three-storey townhouse development (reviewed as a mixed-use building) containing 12 units (including two live/work units) with front porches with stairs, front third storey balconies, rear ground floor decks, side (east and west) second floor balconies, rooftop decks, rear below-grade integral garages and one rear (south) surface parking space. Also, to construct a three-storey detached house (Unit 13) at the rear of the lot, fronting Munroe Street, with a covered front (west) porch with stairs, a side (north) integral garage and a side (north) second floor balcony. There will be a total of 13 dwelling units on this lot (12 dwelling units within the townhouses and one dwelling unit within the detached house).
