Description

To alter the existing three-storey semi-detached dwelling by constructing a rear exterior basement entrance, and a staircase (leading to the second storey deck). Also, to alter the existing two-storey ancillary building by constructing a complete third storey addition with a rear balcony and a rooftop deck.
