Description

To construct a new three-storey detached building (fourplex) with a front carport structure with undersized parking spaces, front and rear covered porches, a front two-storey bay window, a rear basement walkout, and a rear third storey balcony. Also, to construct a new two-storey ancillary building (containing a laneway suite with a front (east) and side (north) corner second storey balcony) in the rear yard, abutting the north side laneway.
