Description

To convert the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling into a fiveplex by constructing a complete two-storey addition, a rear four-storey addition along the west and north walls, a partially covered front porch with stairs, a rear ground floor deck with stairs, and rear balconies on the second, third, and fourth floors. Also, to construct a two-storey detached ancillary building (to contain one garden suite), in the rear yard. The existing garage in the rear yard will be demolished. No parking spaces will be provided on-site. There will be a total of six residential dwelling units on this lot (five dwelling units within the main dwelling, and one dwelling unit within the ancillary building).
