Description
To construct a new seven-storey detached building (Building H - Forensic Mental Health Building) with a partial green roof and a surface parking lot. Also, to alter the existing Doctor's Association Building (Building G1) by constructing a seven-storey addition (office uses within the basement and on level 1 and a parking garage on levels 2 through 7).
