Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building (containing three commercial units at grade and four residential dwelling units above) by constructing rear second and third storey additions (with three second storey rooftop terraces and three third storey balconies) above the rear one-storey portion of the building to accommodate an additional nine residential dwelling units. One existing commercial unit will be converted into two commercial units, and one existing residential dwelling unit (located on the third storey) will be converted into three residential dwelling units. There will be a total of four commercial units (at grade) and 13 residential dwelling units on this lot (six units on the second storey, and seven units on the third storey).
