Description
Proposal to construct an exterior elevation addition, roof terrace renovations, and interior alterations t the existing building, to convert 16 Assisted Living Suites to 21 Memory Care Suites, add an elevator, covert a portion of the existing third floor terrace into a three season room, and adjust parking ratios.
