Description
To alter the development standards for the approved 19-storey mixed-use building with 46 dwelling units (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1578-2025 (OLT)), by revising the maximum building heights and permitted height projections (overall building height and number of storeys remain unchanged at 19 storeys, 66 m, plus a 6 m mechanical penthouse), modifying the required minimum building setbacks, and increasing the maximum permitted total gross floor area and residential gross floor area.
