Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1070-2022) for a new 9-storey mixed-use building, by increasing the building height, gross floor area, residential dwelling units, and to reduce the number of residential vehicular parking spaces. There will be a total of 123 residential dwelling units within the building.
