Description
To legalize and to maintain the rear ground level deck platforms (three deck platforms located each at the ground floor level, a mid-deck level and at average grade) with stairs and the ancillary building (detached shed) in the rear yard, abutting the lane, that were constructed without an authorized building permit. Also, to reconstruct the front porch and stairs of the existing two-and-one-half-storey dwelling, as well as to relocate the air conditioning unit from the rear yard to the front yard.
