Description
To expand the existing eating establishment and micro-brewery at 124 and 126 Ossington Avenue into the basement and ground floors of the three-storey mixed use building at 120 Ossington Avenue, which will be converted from retail use and be connected to 124 Ossington Avenue on the ground floor. The second and third storeys of 120 Ossington Avenue will be maintained as residential use.
