Description
To permit a residential use below a non-residential use within the existing two-storey mixed-use building by converting the existing vacantbasement into a new two-bedroom residential dwelling unit. The ground floor commercial use (hair salon) will be maintained and there will be a total of two residential dwelling units within the building on the lot (one dwelling unit in the basement and one dwelling unit on the second storey).
