Description
To construct a new three-storey attached mixed-use building, abutting a rear lane, with a rear ground floor patio, a rear second floor partially covered deck with stairs, and a rear third floor deck with stairs. There will be a total of three units within the mixed-use building (one commercial unit on the and basement and first storey, one residential dwelling unit on the second storey, and one residential dwelling unit on the third storey) and no visitor parking spaces will be provided.
