Description
To construct a new two-storey detached dwelling and to permit as well as maintain the exterior walls constructed above grade and interior alterations to the ground floor constructed beyond building permit. Also, to construct a new one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) in the rear yard with vehicular access from Rumney Road. There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on this lot (one unit occupying the basement and one unit occupying the first and second levels). Note: As more than 50% of the existing exterior walls have been removed to alter the existing one-storey dwelling (approved under Minor Variance File Number: A0363/25TEY and Building Permit File Number: 25 155761 BLD 01 SR), it will be reviewed as a new dwelling with this application.

Comparison with similar applications
Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to hearing. Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.
Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.
Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
