Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1012-2022), for a new 59-storey mixed-use building (with four levels of below-grade parking, and a total of 974 dwelling units, of which 78 units are affordable rental units), by reducing the minimum number of residential visitor parking spaces and long-term bicycle parking spaces.
