Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building by constructing rear second and third storey additions (above the existing ground level that will be partially reconstructed with a new rear basement addition below), a complete fourth storey addition with front and rear balconies, a rear basement walkout, a south side second storey balcony, as well as rooftop access for maintenance from two staircase enclosures and one elevator enclosure (located above the fourth level). There will be a total of one commercial unit and six residential dwelling units on this lot (one commercial unit occupying the first level, and two dwelling units occupying each level on the second, third, and fourth levels).
