Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1212-2024) for a mixed-use building (10 and 35-storeys, connected by a one-storey podium), by increasing the height of the northwest and southeast corners of the 35-storey tower (Building A) by removing the chamfering of the tower element on levels 9 to 35. Also, to reduce the required width and horizontal clearance dimensions of stacked and vertical bicycle parking spaces. There will be a total of 601 rental dwelling units on this lot, including 14 rental replacement units and 12 affordable rental units. A Site Plan Control application (File Number 24 251716 STE 19 SA) is currently under review.
