Description
To construct a new six-storey detached residential building, with a ground floor front entrance canopy, a rear ground floor terrace, rear balconies on the second to sixth levels, a front rooftop terrace, and a rear rooftop access for the mechanical equipment (located above the sixth level). There will be a total of six residential dwelling units on this lot (sixplex). Also, there will be six resident parking spaces on the P1 Garage Level with access provided by a vehicular elevator, as well as one visitor parking space provided in the rear yard.
