Description
To convert the existing three-storey non-residential building (office uses) into a hotel building containing 62 rooms (basement level to third level), with a restaurant use located on the first level, and a gym within the basement level. Also, to alter the existing building by constructing a new front canopy, and two new interior stairwells and one new elevator for the purpose of rooftop access. There will be no parking spaces provided on-site.
