Description

To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 762-2023) for a new 14 and 15-storey hotel building (east tower fronting Spadina Avenue, and west tower fronting Cameron Street), connected by a one-storey (with mezzanine) base building, which is currently under construction. To permit the increase of non-residential gross floor area, and the west building height from 15-storeys to 19-storeys tower (44.4 m to 57 m), and to alter the building setbacks. A related Site Plan Control (under File Number 20 21 250663 STE 10 SA) is approved with conditions. There will be a total of 280 hotel units on this lot.
