Description

To construct a new three-storey detached apartment building at the front of the property with five dwelling units including front basement terraces with walkouts, front ground level balconies, front and rear second story balconies and a front third storey terrace. The existing two-storey semi-detached dwellings will be demolished. Also, to alter the existing one-and-a-half storey detached garage at the rear of the property by decreasing its size and converting it into a detached dwelling (one dwelling unit) with a new front ground level courtyard, a covered terrace, a side (south) ground level courtyard, a side (south east) second storey roof terrace, and an integral garage.
