Description
To alter the redevelopment standards for Parcel A (51-storey and 65-storey buildings (Towers A and B on the west block) and 75-storey building (Tower C on the east block)), approved under Site-Specific By-laws 661-2020 and 662-2020. The podium level office spaces (within Towers A and B) will now be for residential uses. Also, to increase the residential gross floor area and the combined residential/non-residential gross floor area.
