Description
To modify Site-specific By-laws 124-2017 and 125-2017 to permit the alteration of buildings "D", "F", and "G" in support of an additional 5,290 m2 of non-residential gross floor area. Building "G" consists of the below-grade and podium portions of the complex, as well as the south eastern office tower. The podium below Building "D", the southwestern residential tower, will realise an increase of 3,785.83 m2 of non-residential floor area. The podium below Building "F", the residential tower adjacent the southeastern office tower, will realise an increase of 1,959.38 m2 of non-residential area, and an associated portion of the podium located beneath the Building "G" office tower will realise an increase of 291.85 m2 of non-residential area. Overall, the non-residential gross floor area will be increased by 5,290 m2.
