Description

To construct a new four-storey apartment building with a west side courtyard area at the centre of the building, a front (north) green roof, and a maintenance equipment storage area on the roof level. There will be a total of 17 bicycle parking spaces on the lot and no vehicular parking spaces will be provided. Also, to construct a rear one-storey detached ancillary building (waste storage enclosure) on the southwest corner on the lot.
