Description
To permit access to the loading area of the 49-storey mixed-use building (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-laws 764-2020(OMB) and 765-2020(OMB)) from the abutting street on the east side of the building (George Street). This mixed-use building will contain 215 hotel suites, one ground floor restaurant use, and 580 residential dwelling units.
