Description

To alter the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling to accommodate a secondary suite on the second floor by constructing a front two-storey addition and second story front balcony. A rear basement addition extending under the rear yard, to and below the existing rear detached garage, will be constructed for additional living space. A (moveable) shade trellis and patio will be constructed above the extended rear basement and the height of the rear garage walls will be extended by parapet walls.
