Description

To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use building by converting a portion of the basement-level storage space into two hotel units by converting the ground-level garage into one hotel unit and adding six hotel units to the second level. Also, the remaining storage space/boiler room/walk-in freezer within the basement level, as well as the existing non-residential uses (restaurant and clothing store) on the ground level, will be maintained and unaltered.
