Description

To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 141-2005 (as amended by By-laws 1325-2023 and 1392-2024)) for a mixed-use building encompassing Tower D and including a podium/base building on the lands between Dreamer¿s Way and Street G, in regards to the phasing requirements (the construction of Street G, and Sackville Street) and by increasing the height of the mechanical penthouse. A Site Plan Control application (File No. 25 103941 STE 13 SA) is currently under review and consideration. This building will contain 271 affordable rental housing units, and 33,161 m² of residential gross floor area, 913 m² of ground floor retail space, and 1,160 m² of ground floor community space.
