Description
To alter the development standards for the mixed-use development (approved a northern building height of 35-storeys (124.5 m) under Site Specific Zoning By-law 302-2023), and increased to 39-storeys (135.5 m as approved under Minor Variance Decision A0018/24TEY), by further increasing the northern building height to 44-storeys (142.75 m, excluding the mechanical penthouse) inclusive of an 11-storey podium base building (38.65 m), increasing the maximum gross floor area, residential gross floor area, and reducing the outdoor amenity spaces. Also, the existing 10-storey office building (located at the southern limits of this subject site) will be maintained and unaltered. There will be a total of 329 residential dwelling units on this lot.
